kBarcode User Guide

Overview

kBarcode Creator lets you create barcodes and QR codes in bulk, design printable labels, and export high‑resolution PNG/PDF files. Ideal for small and medium businesses that need fast, accurate labeling and inventory control.

Install

1. Download the installer from your purchase email (or contact hello@kraftedlogic.com).
2. Run the installer and follow the prompts.
3. Launch kBarcode from the Start Menu (Windows).

Create Barcodes & QR Codes

1. Click New → choose a symbology (e.g., QR, EAN‑13, Code‑128).
2. Enter the value or paste from clipboard.
3. Use Batch to create multiple codes at once.
4. Export as PNG or PDF.

Design & Print Labels

1. Open Labels → pick a template (Avery, custom size).
2. Drop your barcode/QR, add text fields (SKU, price, notes).
3. Preview and print, or export to PDF for your print shop.

Import from CSV

1. Prepare a CSV with headers like code,value,label.
2. Click Import → select your file.
3. Map columns and confirm. Use Preview before export.
